   We don't accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or not as ordered so please be sure to read the product description prior to purchase. This is due to the fact we are a very small business with most items in our shop being handcrafted to order. If you need to make a return/exchange due to reason above please contact us within 48 hrs. of receiving item for further instructions. In some situations if item isn't customized you can request a return for other reasons but it is subject to approval. If a return is allowed, please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refund will be provided once item has been received minus original shipping costs.
